Payment Policy
Residential clients are required to keep a valid credit or debit card on file.
Checks are not accepted for residential services.
Commercial clients may pay via card, ACH, or approved invoicing terms.
Payment is due before or at the time of service unless otherwise stated in writing.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
In the event of a verified service concern, Blue Touch Cleaning Services, LLC may issue a re-clean credit as the sole remedy.
Re-Clean Policy
Service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Eligible re-cleans:

Are limited to the original service area

Are scheduled within 24–48 hours, subject to availability

Do not include additional services not originally contracted
Failure to report issues within 24 hours voids re-clean eligibility.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Residential clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge equal to the full service amount.
Commercial cancellation terms are governed by the signed commercial agreement.
Fraud Prevention & Identity Protection
To protect clients and our business from fraud, scams, and identity theft:

Client identity and billing information may be verified

Payment methods must match client information

Overpayments with refund requests are not accepted

Third-party payment arrangements require written approval

Suspicious activity may result in service refusal or termination
Chargeback Policy
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered without first contacting Blue Touch Cleaning Services, LLC to resolve concerns.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

Immediate termination of services

Collection efforts

Legal action where applicable
Property Access & Safety
Clients are responsible for:

Providing safe access to the property

Securing pets during service

Removing excessive clutter as required

Disclosing fragile or sensitive items in advance
Blue Touch Cleaning Services, LLC is not responsible for undisclosed or pre-existing damage.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
We are not responsible for:

Normal wear and tear
-
Pre-existing damage
-
Improperly installed items
-
Items not disclosed as fragile
Governing Law
All services and agreements are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Acceptance of Policies
By booking services, submitting payment, or signing a service agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to all policies listed above.
